Job Qualifications:

- male/female

- graduate of Fine Arts, or any 4 year related course

- with at least 1 year related Job experience in retail, design or fashion is preferred

- current knowledge of RTW, Men's and Home Fashion is a plus

- strong organization, planning, and prioritizing Work skills

- flexible to be scheduled in support of retail hours

- Partners with Store Manager and Merchandising Managers in directing merchandise execution in the Fashion or Home departments

- Executes Creative Merchandise Presentation Standards

- Plans and maintains all displays, mannequins, forms and cases; directs proper assembling and installation of all fixturing in the Store

- Manages and maintains proper storage of fixtures including vendor installation and ensuring best utilization in adherence to company standards
