· Approaches design conceptually and think about interaction systems, not just screens.


Technical skills:

· Proficient in latest design tools (Photoshop, Quark, Indesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Flash)

· Experience in JavaScript, HTML, Photoshop, Illustrator, Image Ready, GoLive, Dreamweaver, DHTML and Flash

· Must have good understanding of backend functionality and Flash ActionScript2.0/3.0 is a plus

· Knowledge of XHTML, CSS, Javascript, XML, and related web technologies.
