Job Responsibilities:
- Creates and maintains user and system-related documentations like user manuals, installation guides, on-line help, technical references and release notes.
- In-charge of filing Quality Methods and Procedures of the company that may be needed for quality audit activities.
- Be able to write effectively and industry-standard documentation that may be derived from systems, business models and presentations
- Proof-reads all documentations prior to release.
Job Requirements:
- Job candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Communication Arts, Linguistics/Languages or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English.
- At least 2 year(s) of working Job experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Knowledge in technical writing, editing, composition and lay-out of technical publications
- Knowledge in graphics and flash presentations an advantage but not required.
- Excellent English communication Work skills both oral and written.
