• Graduate of Fine Arts, Clothing Technology, Fashion Design or equivalent in Job Experience;
• Job Experience in apparel production and manufacturing processes;
• Skill in sewing, sketching and CAD;
• Knowledge in fashion forecast and trends, colors, hues and fabric quality;
• Has strong desire to create and conceptualize designs for apparel;
• Imaginative, well-developed artistic and aesthetic sense;
• Possess self-discipline, persistence and strong ability to analyze fashion trends;
• Has the ability to express ideas through spoken, written and visual communication;
• Can work closely well with people in charge with production, manufacturing, sales and promotion;
• Needs minimum supervision.
